Romania – Medical equipments – FURNIZARE APARATURĂ SI ECHIPAMENTE MEDICALE

The contracting authority organiser SPITALUL CLINIC DE RECUPERARE CLUJ-NAPOCA intends to acquire medical equipment and apparatus, divided into 7 lots according to the terms of reference: Lot 1=249.580,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 2 = 136.360,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 3= 65.280,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 4= 31.400,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 5 = 300.000,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 6 = 57.600,00 lei excluding VAT, Lot 7= 52.000,00 lei excluding VAT. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority's response will be sent 11 days before the deadline set in the call for participation for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by a certification service provider accredited under the law and uploaded to SEAP.
