The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of prefabricated modular structures intended for the operation of the municipal market in Międzyrzecz. The installation and related activities are ancillary to the supply and serve to commission and hand over the structures for use in accordance with the design documentation. 2. The scope of the contract includes a total of 25 trading pavilions and 1 sanitary building - a public toilet. The total floor area of the trading pavilions is approximately 821.50 m2, while the total floor area of all the structures included in the contract is approximately 847.75 m2. 3. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the prefabrication of the structures at the manufacturer's plant, transport, unloading, setting and installation on prepared foundation slabs, execution of segment connections, machining and sealing, execution of necessary finishing and restoration works, installation of equipment, execution of connections to prepared points of the water, sewerage and electrical networks, carrying out tests and commissioning, and handover of the structures for use. 4. Detailed architectural, structural, material, installation and equipment solutions for the structures are specified in the design documentation and building permit along with the building permit amendment and the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) which is Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
