This public contract relates to an open procedure subject to European publicity for the appointment of a service provider who will be responsible for outsourcing the invoicing process of Vivalia as well as sending reminders to patients. The outsourcing includes: - Printing invoices based on the file transmitted by Vivalia; - Printing reminders based on the file transmitted by Vivalia; - Inserting into envelopes; - The digitalisation option: applying the QR Code, sending via e-box, by email or SMS, setting up a patient portal; - Dispatching Vivalia's patient invoices and reminders.
