The Ramavtalet framework agreement covers the supply of office materials to Umeå University and Mittuniversitetet in accordance with the procurement documents (hereinafter, the university refers to both institutions, unless otherwise specified). The university operates in several locations across Sweden, which involves multiple different purchasers. The university does not guarantee volumes.
