Poland – Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads – Budowa obejścia m. Gryfice – połączenie dróg wojewódzkich Nr 110 i 105 z 109 – etap II

The subject of the contract is the Construction of the Gryfice Bypass – Connection of Provincial Roads No. 110 and 105 with 109 – Stage II. The subject matter is planned to be co-financed from the Government Road Development Fund: ROAD PROGRAMME. 2. The scope of the task includes the construction of the Gryfice Bypass – the connection of provincial roads 110 and 105 with provincial road 109, approximately 5.385 km in length. The beginning of the bypass at km 0+000.00 is the intersection with provincial road 110 - connection with the existing roundabout named Wielkiej Orkiestry Świątecznej Pomocy. The end of the bypass at km 5+385 will be connected to provincial road 109 using a roundabout intersection. The road will run along the southwest side of Gryfice, through forested areas, wasteland, and arable fields. 3. The scope of construction works includes: 1) preparatory works, 2) removal of interfering trees and shrubs, 3) earthworks, 4) subbase reinforcement, 5) construction of the bypass for vehicular traffic, 6) construction of roundabouts, 7) installation of acoustic screens, 8) construction of pedestrian and cycle paths (within the scope of the designed intersections), 9) reconstruction of exits, 10) construction of a viaduct over the narrow-gauge railway at km 1+910.23, 11) construction of a viaduct over the PKP railway line at km 4+003.37, 12) reconstruction of interfering reinforcement, 13) construction of retention and retention-infiltration tanks, 14) reconstruction of water facilities, 15) construction of lighting, 16) construction of a technological channel, 17) construction of culverts, 18) humus application with grass seeding, 19) compensatory plantings, 20) execution of horizontal and vertical signage. 4. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Project Documentation, SST, Section C SWZ and Estimated Contract Items. 5. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. contracts at the discretion of the Contracting Authority, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act – Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the works is set at up to 17,141,000.00 PLN net, with a scope consistent with the main contract subject, consisting of the repetition of similar construction works. 2) The basis for determining the conditions for the implementation of a similar contract is the main agreement and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 6. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority, within the scope of the contract implementation, i.e.: 1) preparatory works, earthworks, execution of road surface structures and road elements, finishing works, installation of traffic safety devices, execution of vertical and horizontal signage, 2) works in the field of bridge, electrical, telecommunication, sanitary, structural-construction, hydrotechnical. 7. The rights of the Contracting Authority regarding the manner of verification and control of the fulfilment of the obligation referred to in point 6 are specified in § 5(3)(9) and § 9(7) of the contract draft.
