Austria – Construction work for school buildings – Totalunternehmer für das Projekt Junior-Campus in Rehberg bei Krems - Volksschule und Kindergarten

The Kremser Immobilien GmbH & Co KG ("KIG") plans, on behalf of the City of Krems, to construct an elementary school with 6 classes and a kindergarten with 4 groups at the existing site in the cadastral municipality of Rehberg. As part of the procurement procedure, a general contractor is to be found who – based on a functional performance description and a pedagogical room function book – will develop and implement a suitable solution.
