The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Niederlassung Köln, is implementing the replacement new build of the Pharmazeutisches Institut (AVZ II) for the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn at the Endenich campus. With the new build, the Pharmacy departments will be brought together in a modern building that offers optimal conditions for students and staff. The preparatory measures for infrastructure and open spaces will be handled by the BLB. The subject of this VgV procurement procedure are the required services of construction controlling of the KG400 for monitoring the performance of a general contractor from the performance phase 5.
