Poland – Poly aluminium chloride – Dostawa wodnego roztworu chlorku poliglinu

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of an aqueous solution of polyglycol chloride in the amount of 120 tonnes (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). 2. Place of delivery: Water Treatment Plant Maczki, Wodociągi 4, 41-217 Sosnowiec (PL22B). 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (DOS) is contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 4. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Subject evidential means: 5.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – i.e. in the DOS, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit, together with the offer, the following subject evidential means: 1) a current Hygiene Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene, allowing the Product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) the Technical Specification of the offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification should confirm compliance with all the requirements specified in point 2 of Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - DOS. The Contracting Authority requires that the Technical Specification includes specific numerical values for the parameters indicated in point 2 of the DOS (in addition to the form). The Contracting Authority allows the submission of parameters in units other than those indicated in the DOS, provided that they can be converted into the units specified therein. The Contracting Authority will accept equivalent subject evidential means if they confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the DOS. 5.2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, in the event that the Contractor does not submit the subject evidential means referred to above, or if the submitted subject evidential means are incomplete, to call upon the Contractor, under Article 107(2) of the Act, to submit or supplement them within the specified deadline.
