Germany – Construction work for houses – Generalunternehmerleistungen für das Projekt Neubau Wohnheim Oberschleißheim (Restleistungen)

The Augustinum gGmbH is a charitable provider of disability support and operates 15 locations in the north of Munich and its surrounding area through its subsidiary Augustinum Wohnstätten. The Augustinum gGmbH is currently constructing a new residential home on its property at Hirschplanallee 2, 85764 Munich, with 20 residential places for sheltered workshop attendees and 4 residential places with integrated daily structure. The project is being realised using timber construction. The planning services required for the implementation of the project, from the design planning stage, and the construction services in the sense of a turnkey construction, were awarded to a general contractor following a Europe-wide tender (publication in the EU Official Journal: 2023/S 053-155108) in 2023. This contractor has begun executing the project. Due to the premature termination of the contract during the ongoing construction phase, the necessary execution services (remaining services) for the implementation of this project are now being procured.
