The real estate investment will ensure optimal conditions for carrying out the specific activities within the Defence Staff, so that it can fulfill the missions received and the tasks assigned, under maximum security and safety conditions, in accordance with the applicable national legislation, as well as the specific regulations and standards of the Ministry of National Defence. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications: 12. AC will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests in accordance with the provisions of Articles 69 and 70 of O.U.G. 114/2011 with subsequent amendments and additions, but no later than 6 days before the deadline set for submitting tenders.
