Each of the contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is a services contract for the maintenance of cleanliness in the districts of the Luxembourg Roads Directorate: Emptying of bins, selective waste collection and various cleanings. The services are carried out on roads belonging to the Vielsalm district, which are described in the annex to this special technical specifications. The services are for preventive, conditional and curative maintenance.
