The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of patrol and security services for the properties and operational facilities of the contracting authority within the city limits of Potsdam. The scope of services includes, in particular, mobile patrol checks (inspection tours and inspection drives), opening and closing services, alarm activation and alarm handling via a continuously operated emergency and service control centre (NSL), as well as intervention services in security-relevant events. Additionally, services in the areas of access control, visitor management and reception services can be optionally commissioned. The services will be procured on an object-specific and demand-oriented basis within the framework of the framework agreement to be concluded. There is no entitlement to a specific volume of services. The aim of the tender is to ensure the provision of uniform, high-quality, legally compliant and economical security services to guarantee the safe and uninterrupted operation of the properties under management.
