Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – WW Stenderup - Projekt 1 - TWP

The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks facility on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented (essentially concurrently) on the property:

Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water.

Project 2: Drinking water reservoir (2 water chambers/drinking water reservoirs with pumping station) with an adjacent operating building.

Project 3: Settling plant.

The subject of this procedure is the award of the structural design services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI for Project 1: Workshop/Office Building and Filter Hall. Details (including the estimated eligible costs) can be found in the contract draft contained in the tender documents.
