The Principal Adviser undertakes, by this contract, to provide total advisory services for the redevelopment and modernisation of Kristrup School in Randers Municipality. Total advisory services are understood to mean that the Principal Adviser, under this contract, takes on the resolution of all or the most significant advisory tasks related to the redevelopment and modernisation of Kristrup School, in accordance with § 10 of ABR 18. NERD Architects has prepared a pedagogical and didactic school analysis containing school development plans for each school in Randers Municipality. The school analysis focuses on the development of future learning environments. Based on the school analysis, Kristrup School is to be expanded and renovated in accordance with Kristrup School's Scenario A. Scenario A includes the construction of a new multi-purpose hall, 4 classrooms, as well as the modernisation of supplementary learning areas, small classrooms, learning plaza, and kitchen facilities for staff (hereinafter referred to as the Project), where the Principal Adviser, as part of the total advisory services, will provide technical advisory services in the form of architectural and engineering services. The Principal Adviser's services are more fully described in the Service Schedule and ICT Specification.
