REFONTE DU SYSTEME D’INFORMATION DE GESTION DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES (SIRH)

The Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) is to be replaced.

The existing system is outdated and no longer meets the needs of the institution. The new system must be able to handle the following functionalities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding of staff

2. Management of employee data

3. Payroll processing

4. Performance management

5. Training and development

6. Reporting and analytics

7. Integration with other institutional systems

The new system should be user-friendly, scalable, and compliant with relevant data protection regulations. It should also support multilingual capabilities to cater to the diverse linguistic needs of the institution.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who demonstrates the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the solution, the price, and the implementation timeline.
