This contract is a works contract that includes the execution of the following works (general description of the works to be carried out): Works contract in 4 lots for the construction of a retirement home: - Lot 1 – Architecture - Lot 2 – HVAC - Lot 3 – Electrical - Lot 4 – Kitchen. The works described above are not exhaustive. The details of the works are set out in the technical clauses and the summary bill of quantities annexed to the special technical specifications. It is expressly stated that the contractor must carry out the works in accordance with the rules of the art. The places of execution are defined as follows (see also plans and bills of quantities): Rue de Beauwelz, n°13 à 6590 MOMIGNIES. CPV Code: - Lot 1 – Architecture: o 45000000-7 – Building construction works o 45400000-1 – Building finishing works - Lot 2 – HVAC: o 45232460-4 – Sanitary installation works o 45331000-6 – Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment installation works - Lot 3 – Electrical: o 45315300-1 – Electrical supply installations - Lot 4 – Kitchen: o 45421151-7 – Installation of fitted kitchens. Contract Number: CSC n°58600 – Contract n°2017/116-2017/135. All materials to be used in this contract are new and must be supplied by the contractor, unless the special technical specifications specify otherwise. In the context of this contract, the contracting authority intends to combat social dumping and social fraud (See A2.91). In the event of the application of a flexible social clause under Section A2.6 Social Clauses: in the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to promote professional integration by making an effort in terms of training, integration or socio-professional integration. Other particular clauses provided for in the context of this contract: - Project management mission: See A2.94. The contract set out in this special technical specifications is funded by the AVIQ. Obligations regarding compliance with deadlines will need to be taken into account during the execution of this site. The award of the contract must take place before 31 December 2027 and all phases must have started before 31 December 2030. To this end, a special penalty per day of delay is provided in addition to Article 45 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 (see point A4.72. Penalties).
