The purpose of this tender is to contract and implement a central, integrated Solution for case-oriented work and VTH tasks from the perspective of the VRFGV, which will completely replace the current systems. The initial duration of the Agreement to be concluded is four years. The Agreement contains three extension options of two years each. The maximum duration of the Agreement is therefore ten years (4 + 2 + 2 + 2). In addition, a standby agreement with a duration of one year will be concluded. For the implementation phase, a ceiling amount of € 200,000 excl. VAT (one-off amount) applies. For the operational phase, an amount of € 118,000 excl. VAT per year applies.
