The subject of this framework agreement and the contracts to be awarded on its basis concerns urban planning missions as part of the development of the planning project, the creation of operational files: providing the necessary elements for the impact study, contributing to the creation and implementation of ZAC files, assisting the SPL, the city of Vitry-sur-Seine and the EPT in the consultation, urban, architectural and landscape coordination of construction operations (housing, activities, facilities) carried out under various project management, follow-up of the overall urban project, communication actions, regulatory and operational translation of the project and updating of the founding documents. Full design missions for public spaces as well as the synthesis and coordination of concessionaires.
