The subject of the contract in the ongoing public procurement procedure is the purchase of a laser engraving device for seal production, and the purchase of three laser devices for personalisation (CPV 38636110-6), divided into: 1) Part I - Purchase of a laser engraving device for seal production, 2) Part II - Purchase of three laser devices for personalisation. 2. The subject of the contract is specified in the “Price Forms/Contractor's Offer” which are attachments no. 2.1 and 2.2 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor participating in the procedure must meet the conditions specified in Sections V and VII of the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority has described the subject of the contract in: - attachment no. 10.1.1 to the SWZ - for Part I; - attachment no. 10.2.1 to the SWZ - for Part II. 5. The contracting authority has included detailed requirements for the subject of the contract for Part II in attachment no. 10.2.2 to the SWZ.
