The relevant technical standards apply to each respective trade, particularly the applicable DIN, DIN EN and DIN EN ISO standards, each in the version valid at the time of execution. In addition, all applicable legal provisions, directives and generally accepted rules of the art must be observed. Site Location The project area is accessible by road and is located in the district of Recklinghausen, approximately 10km west of the Recklinghausen city centre in the industrial area. The construction site adjoins another construction site, which will be developed separately from approximately mid-2027. If, during the construction period, third-party construction work is carried out on the adjacent construction site to the west, this may result in restrictions with regard to access, logistics or construction site organisation. The services must be carried out taking into account the local conditions. No further claims can be derived from any third-party construction work that may be carried out in parallel.
