No deadline given

Description

The project consists of the demolition and removal of existing garage buildings (building 113 and 119), as well as building 110 and 114 which currently house teaching facilities, operating rooms and auditoriums, etc. The project consists of two new buildings for BRSNJ. Firstly, a garage facility for emergency vehicles including support functions, and secondly, a preparedness and teaching building. The preparedness and teaching building is arranged over two floors and is placed on the sloping terrain towards the Limfjord. This allows for direct access from the terrain on both floors. On the ground floor, the preparedness facilities are placed with the entrance and exit directly to the new garage facility. Also on the ground floor, a large representative auditorium for teaching and larger events is placed. On the 1st floor, teaching facilities for the conscripts consisting of three teaching rooms and a group room are placed. In connection with this, offices and reception functions for study coordinators, as well as offices and support facilities for training officers, are placed. The facilities on both floors are arranged around a central core containing stairs, toilets, copy room, etc. The garage building is arranged with a large garage with 16 vehicle bays for the preparedness various emergency vehicles. In connection with this, a number of support functions are established arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, in direct connection with the garage itself, functions such as changing room, storage and preparation of equipment etc. are placed. On the 1st floor, a clean/dirty airlock is placed, which is used after completed operation. There is, as in the teaching and preparedness building, direct access to the terrain on both floors in the garage building. The tender is carried out with early contractor involvement in the main contract, where a Collaboration Agreement is entered into between the contractor, the total consultant and the client on the basis of the present tender. The Collaboration Agreement is entered into on the basis of the total consultant's disposition proposal, and the contractor must therefore participate in the development of the project from this stage. The form of collaboration is more closely described in the document "Collaboration Agreement". The target price is corrected as stated in "Addendum to the Collaboration Model", just as the revised target price appears from the tender list. The task includes all services to fully completed building in accordance with the tender material. Further information regarding the project appears from the remaining tender material, including in relation to client supplies. As stated in "Addendum to the collaboration model", it has been decided that PFAS-contaminated soil that is to be removed must be incorporated into new earthworks at FSN Aalborg by another contractor. The enterprise boundary for the present enterprise is thus terminated with transport to and unloading at FSN Aalborg. The security enterprise is tendered separately.
