TINETZ-Tiroler Netze GmbH plans to introduce a platform for the analysis, evaluation and prediction of climate risks for its infrastructure, facilities and networks. The aim is to identify the impacts of climate change on the supply network at an early stage and to enable well-founded decisions for the long-term safeguarding of network stability and supply security.

The climate risk tool is to spatially and temporally indicate where, when and with what intensity climate-related hazards can occur and what effects these have on network facilities and infrastructure. For this purpose, current and future climate scenarios are linked with location-specific infrastructure and facility data.

The scope of services includes the licensing of the software, implementation and maintenance (7x24 support) by an economic operator. Additionally, it is planned to conclude a framework agreement for activities after the software has been taken over.
