France – Survey conduction services – MARCHE D'ENQUETES CIVILES

This consultation concerns the provision of civil investigations services for Hauts-de-Seine Habitat - OPH. These services include, among other things, gathering information to identify the occupancy conditions of a property, determining, if applicable, a known new address, as well as the financial or asset situation of an individual, and more generally, any civil investigation useful for the Office's missions. The Contractor will also be responsible for carrying out research to identify the heirs of debtors, as well as dealing with the notaries concerned.
