Poland – Reagents and contrast media – Dostawa środków kontrastowych i innych produktów medycznych dla Powiatowego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej z siedzibą w Starachowicach

Subject of the contract: Supply of contrast media and other medical products for the County Health Care Institution in Starachowice, listed in packages in quantities depending on the current demand resulting from medical activity. The list of assortment and prices (Annex No. 5 to SWZ) with the name of the product, units of measurement and quantity of expected consumption over a 24-month period is attached. The contracting authority allows for the submission of equivalent offers (the offered subject of the contract is not worse than that specified in the SWZ), if from the description of the subject of the contract it could be inferred that the subject of the contract has been specified by indicating a trademark, origin or patent. The offer must include your equivalents and a description of the properties of the equivalents. The absence of indication of the proposed equivalents and a description of the properties of the used equivalents is a basis for rejecting the offer – art. 226.1.5 of the Public Procurement Law.
