THIC, Tierp and Heby Municipalities' Procurement Centre establishes a dynamic procurement system for technical consulting services and landscape architects. The assignments vary and can range from investigations, preliminary studies prior to detailed planning, to design with preparation of tender documents/building permits. Awarding will take place successively.
