Poland – Furniture – Dostawa mebli socjalno-bytowych oraz mebli medycznych w ramach Projektu grantowego nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 - ZP/101/2026

The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: "Delivery of social and medical furniture as part of the grant project no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 entitled 'Infrastructure support for Adult Mental Health Centres and environmental psychological and psychotherapeutic care centres/teams (first level of reference)', implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund, implemented on the basis of the Decision on Project Co-financing no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24-00 adopted by the Minister of Health on 28 February 2025 at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at ul. Pomorska 251."

2. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex no. 5 to SWZ – Contract Template, Annex no. 2 to SWZ - Product-Assortment Price Form, and Annex 1A to SWZ - Description of Technical Parameters (tables from 1 to 10)

3. The subject of the order includes one package (one part).

4. The delivered subject of the order must meet the following conditions:

a) the delivered subject of the order must be factory new, non-returnable and free from third-party rights,

b) have a warranty period of at least 24 months (if applicable).
