The subject of this tender is general contractor services in the German-, French- and Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland within the framework of a framework agreement. The contract duration is three years with an option to extend by a further two years. Specific order for the ballast cleaning (SR) of tracks (excluding points) in standard gauge. The bidder must be able to implement track renewal projects as a general contractor (GU). The order is usually placed from SIA phase 51 (execution project). In certain cases, prior involvement of the company is required so that it can create the construction phase planning during phases 31–33. There is no procurement obligation for SBB AG (no entitlement to the utilisation of the contract sum by the end of the contract period, incl. option). Content of this lot: Type / Kind: Special lot for ballast cleaning (SR) for tracks (no points), whole of Switzerland. Implementation as general contractor. Description: Specialised SR lot for track projects (no points) at standard width with construction lengths of approx. 1,000 m to max. 9,000 m. No points need to be rebuilt. No major civil engineering works such as e.g. trackbed retaining structures and drainage systems need to be implemented. Special features: The performance of ballast cleaning in locally confined conditions with a clearance width of < 320 cm does not have to be possible (voluntary optional service). No ballast replacement and no substructure renovation is to be carried out. No point rebuilds are included and do not need to be implemented. No major civil engineering works need to be performed (voluntary optional service). Voluntary optional services: A company can voluntarily offer ballast replacement (SE) on lines (track) (no UBS, no points). Major civil engineering works can be voluntarily offered. Volume/Quantity: Annual volume at approx. 20-40 km of ballast cleaning. Guaranteed annual minimum purchase quantity of 20 km/year. The annual theoretical maximum volume is twice the minimum purchase quantity, i.e. 40 km/year of ballast cleaning. This value is decisive for the quantity discount. Premiums: One premium.
