Based on the framework agreement, orders are placed according to the needs. By concluding the framework agreement, the contractor does not acquire the right to perform a minimum quantity. The order may consist of the following works: - preparatory works and demolition works - supply and installation of floors - supply and installation of walls - supply and installation of ceilings - painting and wallpapering works - minor technical adjustments - miscellaneous. The order consists of sub-orders. Prior to each sub-order, contact is made with the contractor. If necessary, the contractor submits a quotation for this sub-order, specifying the quantities, execution period, price proposal and the proposed method of execution. For the calculations of the price proposal, use is made of the agreed unit prices from the base tender.
