Selection of a construction contractor for the comprehensive educational accommodation project in Brakel, consisting of the renovation and sustainability of two primary schools, realisation of a sports hall, integration of childcare and related site and environmental works. The contract is to be executed in a design-and-build team, followed by realisation. The contract concerns the comprehensive educational accommodation project in Brakel and includes both the preparation in a design-and-build team and the realisation of the works. The project consists of: - renovation and sustainability of the Willem van Oranjeschool; - renovation and sustainability of the van Dam van Brakelschool; - realisation of a sports hall; - integration of childcare facilities; - related site and environmental works. The contract will initially be executed in a design-and-build team, focusing on further development and optimisation of the design, phasing and implementation strategy. After completion of the design-and-build team phase, it is intended that the realisation of the project will be carried out by the same contractor.
