Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – TNW_FA_Schulstiftung der Diözese Regensburg_Generalsanierung und Weiterentwicklung Mittel- und Realschule Oberroning

The Diocesan School Foundation of Regensburg, a church foundation under public law, is implementing the comprehensive structural reorganisation of the Real- and Mittelschule Oberroning. The school grounds consist of a historic monastery building and extensions from the 19th and 20th centuries. The former monastery and the 19th-century extensions are protected monuments. As part of the overall measure, the school extension from the 1970s will be demolished and replaced by a new building. In parallel, the protected existing buildings will be partially renovated and converted for future school use. The subject of the contract are the services of the site planning for outdoor facilities according to § 39 para. 3 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1 for the performance phases 5 to 9 as well as supplementary special services. These are: - Taking over, technically reviewing and, if necessary, optimising the existing design and approval planning (performance phases 3 and 4) in terms of functionality, cost-effectiveness and costs, possibly with adjusted cost estimation. - If necessary, revising the approval planning, including creating and submitting a tectonic planning. - Cost estimates according to DIN 276, broken down by construction sections and tendering units. - Determining and documenting the additional monument-related effort according to the official requirements and funding sections. - Supervising the rectification of defects within the limitation periods (performance phase 9). - Creating a complete inventory documentation including audit documents as well as working out maintenance and care instructions for the outdoor facilities.
