The subject of the contract is: Service for the Maintenance of Devices along with Software owned by the Contracting Authority for Parts I to XII, meeting the requirements specified in the "Contract Subject Description", also referred to as "CSD", which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contract consists of twelve parts: Part I – Actidata devices, Part II – Apple devices, Part III – Cisco devices, Part IV – Dell devices, Part V – Entrust devices, Part VI – F5 devices, Part VII – Fortinet devices, Part VIII – HPE devices, Part IX – IBM devices, Part X – Juniper devices, Part XI – Quantum devices, Part XII – Thales devices. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ - Contract Subject Description and Annex 1 to the CSD – List of Devices. 3. The Contractor is obligated to execute the contract on the principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms.
