The contract includes regularly, periodically, additionally, and incidentally performed activities for basic cleaning and hygiene of facilities from the building fund of UMBAL "St. George" EAD - Plovdiv - hospital rooms, sanitary facilities, walls, windows, stairs, and other facilities in the building fund of the medical institution, located in Plovdiv, bul. "Vasil Aprilov" No. 15a and bul. "Pesthersko Shose" No. 66. Scope, description, frequency, and schedule of services - Basic cleaning of hospital rooms and premises in the stationaries includes: washing of window frames and glass/win./, doors/do./, partition glazing /part. glass./, aluminium and/or external shutters/shut./, mosquito nets/mos./, overall cleaning of the structures of the hospital beds/b./, including with the wheels and headboards, the wall protectors, the doors/do./ and partitions of aluminium frames with or without glazing in the unit, wardrobes/w./ and hospital cabinets/cab./ for patients' personal belongings, terraces with parapets, stairwell cells with parapets and the adjacent doors and windows, overall washing of the bathroom/b./ and toilet/t./ with tiles/tl./, monoblock - especially inside, sink with battery/s./, shower with batteries/sh./, mirror/m./. Features and special requirements: Mandatory preliminary and overall coordination by the hygienists with the chief medical specialist or, if absent, with the deputy chief medical specialist of the unit under whose direct supervision and control the cleaning will be carried out. The chief medical specialist, if necessary, carries out the redistribution of patients, frees the premises, ensures the possibility of work for the cleaning staff, monitors the observance of the rules of internal order and ensuring the therapeutic-diagnostic process, accepts the work done, monitors and is responsible for the quality, and signs the protocol for the activity upon approval and submits it to the Chief Medical Nurse for verification. In connection with the height of the windows on the floors, it is necessary to comply with the safety rules when working from the outside, as the medical institution does not bear responsibility in case of an incident, as well as to comply with the internal order rules on their part. The contractor must have the ability to perform cleaning requests in case of urgent needs and/or in an emergency. Schedule for basic cleaning and hygiene of the units in UMBAL "St. George", EAD, Plovdiv / Suitable time frame from 13:00 to 17:00 hours. Mandatory minimum number of hygiene team members - 4/ 1. Twice a year: Clinical Laboratory Base 1; Transfusion Hematology Department Base 1; Vascular Surgery Clinic; Clinical Laboratory Base 2; Transfusion Hematology Department Base 2 - Feb; Aug, one hygiene treatment each. 2. Six times a year: First Surgical Clinic; Second Surgical Clinic; Clinic of Neurosurgery; Clinic of Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases; Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology; Department of Invasive Cardiology; Angiography. Jan; Mar; May; Jul; Sep; Nov, one hygiene treatment each. The operating rooms will be cleaned according to the above schedule of the clinics for the respective month - First Surgical Clinic, Second Surgical Clinic, Clinic of Neurosurgery, Clinic of Pediatric Surgery, Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Clinic of Urology, Clinic of Vascular Surgery, Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinic of Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases, Clinic of Eye Diseases, Clinic of Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinic of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery for Children, Department of Cardiosurgery, Robotic Operating Room, Integral Center, Department of One-Day and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
