Description
It is intended to conclude a framework agreement (FA) with a company for the manufacture and delivery of up to 500 units of rigid-wing/rotary-wing tanker trucks (LKW TW Starr/Drehfl), consisting of the two versions of airfield tanker (FTW) and airfield tanker semi-trailer (FTSZg). The LKW TW Starr/Drehfl are used for refuelling the rigid-wing and rotary-wing aircraft of the Bundeswehr and allied partners. The scope of application includes basic operations in the national territory at Bw airfields, worldwide at airfields in the deployment countries of the armed forces, and as part of national and alliance defence. The FTW consists of a carrier vehicle, a tank structure with a fuel pump system, a filter-water separator (FWA), and the tank technical equipment. The FTSZg consists of a tractor unit and a tank semi-trailer with a tank structure, a fuel pump system, a FWA, and the tank technical equipment. The procurement of the FTW and FTSZg is a regeneration and supplementary procurement (Reg- u. ErgB) of the existing airfield tankers. A total lot award is planned. The term of the framework agreement is to be 15 years.
