Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Nowodworze

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue fire engine for the Volunteer Fire Department in Nowodwór. The contract includes delivery (understood as making the vehicle available to the Buyer at the manufacturer's production facility or an authorized point designated by the Contractor, located in the territory of the Republic of Poland), transfer of ownership and acceptance by the Buyer of a factory-new, complete, free from significant defects and roadworthy vehicle, fully technically prepared, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and with the submitted offer of the Contractor. 4.2. The scope of the contract subject includes in particular: 1) delivery of a factory-new heavy rescue fire engine – hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", 2) provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 3) provision with the order of the required instructions for use in Polish and a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 4) training of persons indicated by the Buyer in the scope of vehicle and equipment operation, which is the subject of the contract. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training. 4.3. General requirements for the contract subject: a) the built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the minimum requirements according to the regulations: − Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the executive regulations to the Act. − Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended), − Regulation of the Ministers: of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and those used for special purposes by the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and the Fire Service, (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594, as amended). − standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent standards, b) the vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended)., c) the certificate of approval to be delivered no later than the date of vehicle acceptance, d) the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the order No. 6 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 08 May 2025 on transport management in the organizational units of the State Fire Service. 4.4. A detailed description of the contract subject, including a list of the minimum required technical and operational parameters of the factory-new fire engine, is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
