Separate position № 1 – „Milk and dairy products”; Separate position № 2 – „Meat and meat products”; Separate position № 3 – „Fish, fish products”; Separate position № 4 – „Eggs”; Separate position № 5 – „Oils and fats”; Separate position № 6 – „Cereal and cereal-based foods”; Separate position № 7 – „Bakery products“; Separate position № 8 – „Sauces”; Separate position № 9 – „Vegetables”; Separate position № 10 – „Fruits”; Separate position № 11 – „Salt, spices and seasoning products”; Separate position № 12 – „Sugar, sugar and chocolate products, honey” Separate position № 13 – „Nuts and oilseeds ”; Separate position № 14- „Delivery of various food products, produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and acts implementing it“. In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority has the right to award separate positions in the order, valid for the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate position does not exceed 79 998,77 euros (156 464 leva) for deliveries and the total value of the separate positions awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the remaining value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the entire order. Since the estimated value of each of the separate positions OP №12, OP №13 and OP №14 is below 25 564,59 euros/50 000/ fifty thousand/ leva without VAT, the same fall within the scope of Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the PPA. In view of the above and on the basis of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, the separate positions OP №12, OP №13, and OP №14 will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the PPA – by direct award. The total estimated value of the above-mentioned separate positions is 24 430,00 euros without VAT, which is below 20% of the total estimated value of the order.
