The Resource Management System will replace manual (and occasional) externally managed processes for the planning and allocation of critical airport resources: check-in desks, baggage chutes and belts, vehicles/track usage for winter operations and airport personnel. The aim is to improve efficiency, reduce errors and lead times, and enable better use of available capacity. The project aims to deliver a solution suitable for any type of resource and the required functionalities. The public contract will be organised into two lots: Lot 1: Framework agreement for the implementation and support of an Airport Resource Management tool for planning and optimisation, specifically for the planning of check-in desks and the allocation of chutes and inbound belts for baggage. Lot 2: Framework agreement for the implementation and support of an Airport Resource Management tool for planning and dispatching, specifically for winter operations and airport personnel.
