CONSUMABLE MATERIAL FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS INCARCATE IN SICAP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE NOTICE 1. The number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, which have been addressed within the period provided for in the invitation to participate, by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications. Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information which have not been addressed within the period set out in paragraph 1 above.
