Armasuisse Immobilien acts as a client representative for construction projects at the intersection of ecology, economy, society, and politics. The services of the appointed construction economist, in line with SIA 112 and SIA 102, include all tasks related to the cost-effectiveness, cost planning, and life-cycle costs of a building. In particular, you will review the investment costs, determine life-cycle costs, and prepare cost-effectiveness calculations. Furthermore, you will assess concepts and reports with regard to life-cycle costs.
