The subject of the present public procurement is: "Implementation of information and publicity activities" under the procedure for granting free financial assistance BG16FFPR003-4.001 “Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including tackling energy poverty” under the Programme "Regional Development" (PRR) 2021-2027, for 5 separate positions:

Separate position №1: "Conducting public events under the contract for the implementation of the project: №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0231 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address: Pernik, "Otec Paisiy" Str., Bl. 90, Entr. A and Entr. B”

Separate position №2: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0327-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address Pernik, Krastyo Pernishki Square, Bl. 14, Entr. A, B, C, D and E”

Separate position №3: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0231 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address: Pernik, "Otec Paisiy" Str., Bl. 90, Entr. A and Entr. B”

Separate position №4: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0222-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address Pernik, Bela Voda district, Simeonovgrad Str., Bl.19, Entr. A and Entr. B”

Separate position №5: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0228-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address: Pernik, Naycho Tsanov Str., Bl.17”

IMPORTANT!!! Separate position №3: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0231 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address: Pernik, "Otec Paisiy" Str., Bl. 90, Entr. A and Entr. B”, Separate position №4: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0222-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address Pernik, Bela Voda district, Simeonovgrad Str., Bl.19, Entr. A and Entr. B” and Separate position №5: “Implementation of activities for the dissemination of information and publicity” under the contract for the implementation of the project №BG16FFPR003-4.001-0228-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with the address: Pernik, Naycho Tsanov Str., Bl.17” are NOT the subject of award, through the present public procurement, as the same will be awarded in accordance with their individual value on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, namely by direct award on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The value of the separate positions does not exceed 79 998,77 euro and the total value of the separate position (613,55 euro) awarded directly, which is approximately 14% of the total value of the procurement, does not exceed 20 per cent of the total value of the procurement.
