Poland – Specialist training services – CP.250.656.2026 Wybór organizatorów kształcenia prowadzących szkolenia specjalizacyjne dla pielęgniarek i położnych, które rozpoczną się w 2026 roku

5.1. The subject of this contract is the selection of training organisers who will conduct specialist training for nurses and midwives in the specified training areas, in order to ensure and secure the appropriate staff and number of nurses and midwives qualified to participate in these trainings in the title of a specialist, including specialist knowledge and skills in the individual areas of nursing relevant to healthcare, which will ensure the provision of specified healthcare services by nursing staff possessing qualifications defined, inter alia, in the "guaranteed services" regulations, and will raise the quality of healthcare services provided. 5.2. Specialisations in individual voivodeships may be conducted solely in the areas specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 12 December 2013 on the list of nursing fields and fields relevant to healthcare in which specialisation and qualification courses may be conducted (Journal of Laws, item 1562) and specified by the Minister of Health for the aforementioned voivodeship. 5.3. In accordance with the Announcement of the Minister of Health of 2 December 2025 on the minimum number of training places for nurses and midwives, the maximum amount of co-financing for one training place, and the maximum amount allocated for specialist training in 2026 (Official Journal of the Ministry of Health 2025, item 91), the cost of co-financing one training place for the entire duration of the specialisation for a nurse/midwife starting specialisation in 2026 is a maximum of 4 000,00 PLN.
