Finland – Construction materials – Rakennustarvikkeet / Mäntsälä ja Loviisa

Numera Palvelut Oy invites tenders for construction materials according to the tender documents. The procurement includes timber, construction materials, painting, tiling, concrete repair and levelling products in the areas of Mäntsälä and Loviisa. The procurement is divided into the following lots:

1. Construction materials / Mäntsälä

2. Construction materials / Loviisa

The procurement includes various materials needed for construction such as boards, battens, nets, insulation, renders, masses, levellers, paints, painting materials, tiles, floor coverings, doors and frames. In addition, the procurement includes planks, panels, sawn and planed timber, solid and softwood, and battens. The procurement also includes various hardware items such as electric and battery-operated tools, fittings, nail boxes, shelves, racks and garden, property and garden supplies. The procurement does not include tools, fasteners, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective clothing or property LVI- or electrical supplies. The tendering procedure will be carried out by open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) contract supplier with the most points will be selected per lot. The selection criterion for the tender is overall economic advantage with the price weight being 100 points. The minimum requirements set for quality in the tender documents allow comparison only on price. The contract period is fixed for four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has acquired legal force or the Market Court has granted the contract enforcement permit. The notice period for the contract is six (6) months for both contracting parties and the customer community of Numera Palvelut Oy involved in the procurement, regardless of the fixed term. The target is that the contract period will start in August-September 2026 (estimate). The communities related to the contract will transfer to the scope of the new contract after the expiry of their current contracts. Sub-tenders within a lot will not be accepted. Parallel tenders will not be accepted. The tenderer is committed to all the conditions set out in the tender. The procurement unit has the right to check the information given by the tenderer in the tender documents before the procurement decision is made.
