Mission for design and construction supervision of a new fire and rescue centre with a manoeuvring yard and a training tower. Restricted procedure with design contest + Firm lump sum contract: Design contest up to and including ESQ phase (including award of winner) Optional Section No. 1: from finalisation of ESQ phase, from APS phase to APD phase inclusive (including building permit) Optional Section No. 2: from PRO DCE phase to AOR phase inclusive The approximate net floor area to be constructed is 2 536 m² (excluding the areas of the extensions which are not the subject of construction under the operation) on a vacant land plot of approximately 12 000 m².
