**Scope of the mission assigned to the successful tenderer**

The services include several missions:

Production of the book of architectural, urban, landscape and environmental specifications;

Operational design and follow-up of the lots: Drawing up of the lot files, Assistance to the developer during an operator/designer competition or for a public facility, Support during the building permit fine-tuning workshops, Opinion on the building permit, Support during the implementation phase, Opinion on rehabilitation and residential development projects, Mission to support the public space project;

Updating of framework documents;

Support for communication;

Assistance in the preparation of various administrative files;

Possible additional missions.
