Poland – Construction work – Modernizacja i rozbudowa budynku Urzędu Marszałkowskiego, w tym Poprawa efektywności energetycznej i modernizacji budynku Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego

1. The subject of the contract is: Modernisation and expansion of the Marshal's Office building, including Improving energy efficiency and modernisation of the Marshal's Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. 2. The needs and requirements of the Purchaser regarding the subject of the contract are the building intention consisting of the modernisation and expansion of a public utility building. The contract is planned to be implemented in the "design and build" formula, based on the design documentation owned by the Purchaser, including a project compliant with the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20.12.2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for which a building permit has been obtained, as well as additional design works based on the Functional-Use Programmes covering the scope of the expanded expansion, i.e. the construction of a shelter based on the designed parking lot on level -2, ten parking towers, roofing of the courtyard north side, reconstruction of the shelter in the existing building from the south side, installation of heating support and electricity generation using hydrogen, installation of rainwater retention and its use for irrigation of green areas. The Contractor will be obliged to: obtain a building permit change, obtain a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment (if required), agree technical and execution documentation with the Municipal Spatial Development Plan, obtain all permits and consents resulting from the applicable legal provisions. The Functional-Use Programmes will be made available to the Contractors at the stage of the Procedure. The Final Subject of the Contract Description will be made available to the Contractors after the completion of the stage of meetings with the Contractors and will take into account the information and data obtained by the Purchaser during the meetings. The Purchaser attaches the possessed design documentation and the documents listed in Annex 1 to the description of needs and requirements. 3. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to this Notice. 4. The Purchaser informs that the public contract is co-financed from the funds of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan within the framework of Investment B3.4.1. "Investments for green transformation of cities".
