The present contract comprises the following services: - Architecture - Stability - Special techniques - PEB. The estimated value of the works is 2,500,000 EUR excl. VAT. Place of service provision: Ecole communale Emile Jeanne Maternelle, Rue Pavé du Gosson, 460 in 4420 Saint-Nicolas. This contract is divided into lots: Firm lot: PHASE 1: Preliminary design. Conditional lot: PHASE 2: Building permit application file. Conditional lot: PHASE 3: Tendering file. Conditional lot: PHASE 4: Bid analysis report. Conditional lot: PHASE 5: Execution control.
