The subject of the contract is the delivery of software subscription packages within the Enrollment for Education Solutions registration lasting 36 months. The guaranteed subscription products must allow their use for a period of 36 months from their activation. The contracting authority requests the delivery of products whose licensing is intended for educational units. 2. CPV Code 48000000-8 Software packages and computer systems. 3. Contract performance deadline: within 36 months from the date of contract award, including the delivery of software subscription packages immediately upon contract award, no later than 31.12.2026, in a manner ensuring their first activation from 01.01.2027. In the event of a contract award after 01.01.2027, the first activation must take place within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the date of contract award. The contracting authority requires a software subscription for the period: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. 4. Cybersecurity requirements: The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be compliant with the requirements of the Act on the National Cybersecurity System. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be free of ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes originating from entities for which a decision has been made to designate as a high-risk supplier based on the provisions of the National Cybersecurity System.
