The contract objective is to compile the extended schematic design of the Jämejala VATE-X treatment building, which serves as input for the hospital's functional development plan Phase II and for further design stages. To fulfill the contract, the main solution for the building and outdoor areas must be completed in terms of spatial, functional, structural and logistical aspects, allowing an assessment of the suitability, capacity, phased constructibility, operational safety regime, main technical risks and the order of magnitude of the investment. / Exclusion grounds and qualification requirements: See the tender documents.
