Equipment for stage 3 for individual cell research in personalised medicine related to the project “Strengthening the capacity of UMF 'Iuliu Hațieganu' to train doctoral and postdoctoral students through the development of research and continuous medical improvement programmes.” The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 18 days.
