Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – „Podniesienie cyberbezpieczeństwa i zwiększenie odporności na cyberzagrożenia w Zakładzie Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. w Kątach Wrocławskich”

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cyber infrastructure for the Purchaser in the IT technical area and in the OT technical area, including the purchase and implementation, i.e. installation and configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning, testing and optimisation of devices and software constituting the cyber infrastructure increasing resilience to cyber attacks, in accordance with the application submitted by the Purchaser in the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan C3.1.1. Cybersecurity - CyberPL for the project "Enhancing cybersecurity and increasing resilience to cyber threats in Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Kątach Wrocławskich". 2. The subject matter of the undertaking includes the implementation of a set of tasks along with the delivery of equipment and devices with the appropriate software - in accordance with the characteristics and requirements contained in the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. Note! Annex 2 to the SWZ, after its completion and signing by the Contractor, will constitute the content of the future offer in the sense of Article 66 of the Civil Code. In Annex 2, for each offered device in the tables, enter the - Manufacturer's Name and Model and information on compliance with the requirements YES/NO (enter for each parameter of the given device).
