The subject of the contract is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) in the scope of the section (XX000000-Y - 31 – Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; lighting; - 32 – Radio, television, communications, telecommunications and related equipment), group (XXX00000-Y - 451 – Site preparation; - 453 – Building installation work; - 443 – Cables, wires and related products) and class (XXXX0000-Y - 4531 – Electrical installation work; 4523 – Building construction work for long-distance pipelines, communication and power lines, on motorways, roads, airports and railways; work on flat construction). The DNS will be used for the awarding of contracts for the performance of construction works under the generally and commonly available market conditions of the contracting authority, specifically electrical installation and assembly works, mainly (but not exclusively) on the public lighting of the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, and related works. This DNS is established for the needs of the contracting authority and contracts will be awarded in it only by the contracting authority.
